Jailbroken iPhone 4, 4.2.1, app icons keep movin with every app update

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.2.1, I jailbroke with Green pois0n, no problems, I am using FolderinFolder which works nicely but everytime I update an app form the App store (directly on the iPhone, not in iTunes) all my apps come out of their folders and I have to rearrange them all over again.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Try re-installing FolderinFolder from Cydia. May not have installed properly. Or try FolderEnhancer, it's like FolderinFolder, but with a lot of extras.
