Jailbroken iphone with no service or searching....

Hello everyone and thank you for opening my post, I have a bit of a problem with my iphone......
My Iphone is on ios 6 with 6.1.3 update but with a 6.0 tethered jailbreak iphone 3gs
I have read and watched lots of videos online trying to get the iphone to pick my sim cards up but i am having no look, I have been trying to 3 days now and now i think it is time to get some professional advice from someone.
I am using redsnow with 6.0 firmware cydia and ultrasn0w with ultrasn0w fix.
I have tried most fixing problems and it just wont have it will someone please help me.

If your device is on a tethered 6.1.3 jailbreak, more than likely it's a new bootrom 3GS. The new bootrom 3GS is only UltraSn0w-supported up to iOS 6.1. Anything above that is incompatible. Unless you have blobs for a lower iOS that you can downgrade to, you cannot use UltraSn0w without giving up 95% App compatibility from the AppStore.
