Jailbroken iPhone4 running 5.0.1 resprings on every other incoming call

Hello all,

I am not sure if there is already a thread for this problem, but I have a tethered jailbroken 5.0.1 iPhone4. Recently, I notice that my phone resprings on every other incoming call. I am not sure what is causing it and hope that someone can help me figure this out. I have tried deleting the most recent cydia apps but to no avail.

Well, you've definitely installed something which is not 5.x compatible on your phone. List what tweaks you have installed and we'll see if we can spot the culprit for you..., but it's likely to be something that tweaks the phone app!

One of our moderators was having this same issue and we determined that it was because she had both CallBar and AnyRing installed simultaneously and they are not compatible together. If the respring happens when receiving a call it is most likely because of a tweak that modifies the phone app in some way(ringtones, callbar, etc).

Thank you guys, I deleted both anyring and callbar and it appears I no longer have the problem. I really like anyring so I am going to try reinstalling it. I hope it works....

It won't, you have to wait for HaCx to update it so that it's compatible with CallBar.

Thanks, I now have only anyring and like you said it did not work. I will delete anyring, reinstall callbar and as you recommend, wait until there is a fix.
