Did you buy your iPhone new out of the box from store or used?

It means that your phone is not jailbroken - so the ability to use i-Funbox with it is limited. AFAIK, i-Funbox has a very limited (if at all?) ability to access a stock/non-jail broken phone.

So,to fully access your phone with that program, you'll need to jail break it.
