Jalibreak factory unlcked ios 4.3.1

hi guys m a newbie dnt no much abt al dis..do i jailbreak my factory unlocked iphone 4 version4.3.1 with redsnow or snowbreeze?? coz i rely on unlocked carrier..i dont want to mess it up..plz help!!

If you rely on carrier unlock then your phone is not factory unlocked.. your on baseband 01.59 so you need to preserve it but you can use either sn0wbreeze or redsn0w, when you want to upgrade to 4.3.2 then use sn0wbreeze or pwnage tool to preserve the baseband

thx man.. one more thing what exactly is baseband n should i update my ios to 4.3.2 or is d current or should i stick to 4.3.1??

baseband is what is used to unlock the iphone and if your on the right baseband you can unlock firmware and even upgrade to newer firmwares while keeping that same baseband and using unlock again...

4.3.2 is supposed to have nothing but bug fixes
