Jv Sim Supported for 4s or Not ???

i have iphone 4s of verizon carrier. ios 6.0.1 installed on it.. modem firmware 3.0.04. i want to know does Jv Sim Supported for the fone to use sim or i have to get it factory Unlocked ????

The only interposer that supports the 4S on iOS 6 is the GPP.
