Keyboard problem that happens on my iPad also?

For the past couple months and not every time, when I go to use my keyboard it allows me to type one letter then if I type another it minimizes? I type another and it minimalizes again and again.

If I type my first letter then hit the minimize button myself, then try to type again, it works properly.

This happens most of the time, but not all the time?

Any idea why my keyboard would do this? It happens now with my iPad as well.

Just to clarify, I have reset the phone twice w no change.

Also, doesn't do it much on this site, some forums are worse than others?

Wondering if it can possible have to do w a sites app settings? Although I don't use an app for any of these sites.

Hi there...what so you mean by minimalize? What are you doing with your keyboard on your iPad ?

This OP has also posted in our iPadforums. I believe he means that the keyboard itself minimizes or redocks from the screen.

He may be touching the keyboard icon by accident.

Yes I meant minimizes. Just like hitting that button, but no I'm not hitting that button.

I've checked over and over and only one finger on the screen.

It might be that the page is still loading. If a page is loading, often times it refrains the user from inputting anything so the device can "concentrate" on fully load and not have to bear the weight of multitasking with your on screen actions and loading any data.

Doesn't happen consistently? If so, why not take it in to Apple and see of there is anything they can do.
