CallTell, is a useful tweak from Cydia that announces who is calling before your ringtone comes one. So if you ever have your phone across the room and someone is calling, its okay, your phone will tell you who it is. If you don't have the number in your contacts, it will announce the number. Hopefully we'll see one for SMS as well. you can find CallTell for 3GS and i4 in Cydia for $1.99.
