Bolt Creative announced today that update #36 has finally arrived for Pocket God, the best-selling iPhone app that has been recognised by Apple as one of the Top 10 Paid Apps of 2010. At the same time, the latest instalment of issue #4 of the Pocket God comic has also been released.
Pocket God update #36, called Konkey Dong, is the third and final update in the Ape Entertainment tribute series, a set of three updates released in honour of the Pocket God Comics publisher. As with its primate-themed predecessors, Konkey Dong adds an exciting mini-game that pays homage to classic video gaming at its best, with a small, Pocket God-style twist.
In celebration of the holiday season, Bolt Creative has also unveiled a special greeting for all their fans, an animated short featuring the tribe contemplating the spirit of Christmas (or Fishmas!).
