I have FlipControlCenter and FlipLaunch tweaks. I added an app shortcut to Control Center, which can be launched normally when I'm "inside" the phone, but from the lock screen (I use passcode) the app doesn't launch. Is this completely impossible to achieve on an iDevice with a passcode, or is there a tweak for this as well? I mean, the default Control Center apps such as Calculator and Camera can be launched from a locked phone normally, and not endangering the device's security because of that.

Selecting an app on your ControlCenter launches the app from the device itself. As long as you have a passcode on, you cannot launch an app on the lockscreen. What you're looking for is Swipey, which allows you to set a handful of apps so that you can access them by swiping from right to left (opposite of unlocking) on your lockscreen and accessing them. If you have a passcode, it will request a passcode before opening, but will not require you to be on your springboard to do so.
