LaunchSpeak is a Cydia Tweak which will let you type out a word for your iDevice to say every time you open an app. You simply go into the Settings to enable the Tweak, then you type out whatever you want your iDevice to say. Remember to respring after you've set it or else it won't work. Not quite sure how much use this is to anyone but hey, you never know. LaunchSpeak can be found for FREE under the ModMyi Repo.
