Leaked Packaging Photos Appear to Confirm iPhone SE Will Have NFC

Just a few days before Apple’s forthcoming event on Monday March 21 it looks as though new details about the rumoured 4-inch iPhone have leaked, according to AppleInsider.

It seems that someone in Apple’s supply chain has leaked photos of what is said to be the packaging for the phone, with the sticker from the packaging appearing to confirm that it will be called “iPhone SE.” The packaging also reveals that there will be a 16GB version and that the phone comes complete with an NFC chip for Apple Pay use.

Aside from the pictures, the source who leaked them also revealed that there will be a 64-gigabyte version of the phone, and that there will be four colours to choose from, although what those will be is not revealed by the source.

The source also confirmed the many previous reports that said that the design of the iPhone SE is very similar to that of the iPhone 6s.
