Last year, Apple surprised us all when it made the jump for eight to twelve megapixels on the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus rear camera. While the front camera also received a significant improvement, the rear camera is arguably the most important for capturing rare moments in one's life.
On Thursday, Frech blog NowhereElse.fr posted photographs of alleged iPhone 7 rear camera sensors. If legit, these photographs show us that both models of the iPhone 7 would include rear optical image stabilization, a feature previously exclusive to the iPhone 6/6S Plus.
Optical image stabilization allows the camera to move slightly, compensating for the user's natural shakiness when taking photos.
From the rumors we hear about the iPhone 7 Plus sporting a dual-lens camera system to support better low-light photography and optical zoom, we might be seeing one hell of a camera.
