My iPhone started showing a problem today. I tried to take a picture and the lens never opened, options were not enabled but only camera roll. Then the phone automatically turned off by itself. Can someone help me please?

Softreset your phone and see if that helps, in case you do not know how to softreset here is how to do it: press sleep/wake button and home button both at the same time untill the device power off by its own and the restart with the apple logo on the screen, then you release both buttons. It will take about 12seconds.

Then you are going to restore your iOS, but before that, what camera app is this about? The inbuild one? Or a 3rd party app one?
