We recently uploaded the 6.0 version to our Iphone 4, now the volume control is missing from the screen. No sounds are detectable from texting to music? The phone was working perfectly until right after the update. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I know that you can go into settings and disable change with buttons. We have already restarted it, and restored it to original settings, nothing is working.

have you tried doing a hard reset?

Yes, I have. Finally yesterday I decided to restore it AGAIN, the first time I did it , the sound worked for about 20 seconds. I did it three more times, after the third restore, everything came back on! Thank you for your help!
