LIV for Notification Center is

Hello,
I have been searching and searching with no success so I now will try posting this question:

What exactly is LIV for Notification Center, and what does it do?

I installed it and cant see much of a different other then the background is now gone and blurred, which I think I can do within Springtomize.
I really would like to know so that I too can enjoy it.


At first I was hoping that it was the tweak that let me tap on gMail and it would shrink the messages into just the gMail title bar, and visa versa but its not don't that either.

I know from all my searches its a "Something very simple yet very nice. Inspired by LockInfo, hence the name".
But what does that really mean not much of a description?

All I can find on the web is that it is "something nice". And the same screen shot everywhere. Not something I would trust as it seems no one has actually used it and written anything about what it is or what it does.

I have seen a few YouTube videos about themes that says they use it, but what it does is unclear.
Not getting any info on it though...

Must do something but...
