I am an iPhone 4S user. My country's sole telecom provider doesn't "provide" voicemail service for its clients. Back in the days, when I was using my Symbian S60 powered Nokia N72, I have had an app called Smart Answering Machine that acts as a voicemail (or more precisely as an answering machine.) Is there a similar app for iOS that will record messeges if you don't answer your phone call?
