Lock button issues

Hi. my lock button doesn't work unless I unlock it with the home button. Any idea what it could be?

So... are you saying that the lock button will work after you unlock your iDevice w/ the home button?

Yes! It's kinda wierd. I'm thinking of doing a factory restores, maybe it's somekind of error.
