Lock Screen/ Now Playing??

Sometimes (since ios 5 update) I get a lock screen with ipod controls and a camera button. Sometimes I get the same old lock screen. I would like to set the phone to never show music controls on the lock screen. I can't seem to find it in the options.

There is no option for this. If you are playing music and you lock your phone and press either the lock or home button you will be presented with album artwork. If you double press the home button you will see the iPod controls (play/pause, next, and previous) and a camera icon. This is just how the iPhone works.
