Looking for a program to block calls

Hi, Im sorry if this is a duplicate thread - I am new here.
I just successfully jailbroke my Verizon Iphone 4 - I am looking for a program that will block calls that come thru as "unknown" I get several a day and no matter what I tell these people the calls don't stop.

Can anyone recommend a good program?? This is one of the main reasons I jailbroke my phone - these calls are driving me nuts !!

IBlacklist works a treat. I was getting annoying calls from India installed iblacklist not had one since.

Yep it's a shareware version, not a freeware version and it cost $12 I think.
