looking for a tweak

hey all, im looking for a tweak, except i do NOT remember the name of it. but basically when you add it, theres an app that acts like a bookmark sorta that sends you to different pages in your spring board with the click of the app and not moving all the way to certain pages. can anyone help me with the name of this thing?
