Looking for voice list app

I am looking for an app that will allow me to use my voice to create a written memo or list...such as a grocery list. Does anyone know of such an app? I don't want to have to type the list. I would also like to be able to add to an existing list.

The iPhone 4S's Siri can help you to do those I think.
Or open your note app and on the keyboard is a mic which you can push and start imputing by speaking.

Mine is just an IPhone 4, so no Siri (Although I plane to upgrade when my contract allows). "Notes" does not have a microphone for me either.

To confirm, yes -- try Dragon Dictation! It's a bit quirky at first, but you can save a LOT of time and key presses if you master DD. After it translates all your words into text, you can copy/paste away to any other text app.
