Loose icons?

I saw a video where someone dropped their iPhone and all their app icons became “loose” and fell to the bottom of their screen. He could then turn or spin the iPhone and the icons would all fall/settle to the bottom again. It’s an app of some kind and might even be a jailbreak, but does anyone know how to do this?

You will have to have the iPhone jail break done and then install the ap called Gravitation
