Just got an Iphone 4S a week ago. Everything on set up with Itunes went fine. I loaded some personal ringtones with no problem. But now if I try to add new ringtones with sync through Itunes, it only loads the new ringtone & will not reload the old ones & resets all ringtones back to factory settings. The only solution I have found so far is to remove all contents from both Tone folders in Itunes & completely reload all the tones. Then I have to go back to the Iphone & reset all the tones back the way I had set up.
My question is this an IOS issue or an Itunes issue? Is there a known work around for this? Thanks.
