My uncle have some issue with his Iphone 7 plus.
He lost his Apple Id and password. But also, we no longer have access to his e-mail address with which he registered, this one being that of his former job.
So he can unlock his phone and recover his password or Apple ID. He just know his e-mail address. Recover password by using secret questions don't work also cause his old IT support used his own informations.
Apple support just send recover password on e-mail and don't want to do more.
How can I help him for unlocking his phone and use it again ?
