I have manually downloaded iOS 5 and tried to do a shift + update not working . I have tried shift + restore and all is ok. when phone restarted iTunes was asking if this is a new phone or same. I said same and restore during restore I have unplugged cable accidentally after plug bak no questions from iTunes and I pressed sync. now my backup is gone. I don't know why iTunes. dosent have another cause I backup every week. there is 2 funny backup dates of 7/2/1980 whit this date it has apps and contacts and all but is to old.

I have read on the net that when I sync me iOS 5 the backup got updated whit the new stuff (which is none) and all old stuff gone. is there any way to get them back? I loose me job and all I had some important files and contacts as I can't get them back. and I really took care and synced phone And made backups
