Traded in my Blackberry for the 4S. Blackberry gave option to delete email on the phone but still retain it on my laptop. When deleting mail on the 4S, there is no option to retain the mail on my laptop. I am tied in to an exchange server at my employer. Any workarounds or resolution anyone may be aware of. When I delete the msg on the 4S it immediately wipes it off the computer. Many thanks for possible solutions.

As far as I am aware mine does the same in terms of deleting off phone and it's gone on desktop I haven't found a way to retain them on pc though now you mention it hopefully one of the friendly users here will be able to clarify for you
