I have done what I’m supposed to do with clicking the ‘X’ next to uninstall McDonald’s on Facebook. I close out of all apps and try to log back in to McDonald’s but it still says that my account is linked to Facebook and I have to login they Facebook. Help!

Have you tried McDonald's app support? They have a form to fill out and submit.
I’ve been having the same issue, except I’ve contacted McDonald’s support and they won’t do anything to help. I’ve asked them to take off the Facebook account from the McDonald’s app and just use only my email since that hasn’t changed and the Facebook account I have literally no access to since it’s been deactivated and deleted. Actually Facebook permanently banned it. Did you ever get yours to work?
