Redmond Pie reports on the launch of a new app by Microsoft which is coming first to iOS, before Windows Phone or Android.
Called “Snipp3t”, the app basically lets you follow all the latest news about your favourite celebrities or public figures all in one place, without having to look all over the web to find out the latest on your faves.
The app lets you follow your favourite celeb with just one tap, and then your timeline will start to fill up with a variety of news sources from said celeb, such as their Twitter and Facebook feeds, Instagram updates, and so on.
You’ll also be able to share your favourite stories with others via the app.
While this looks like a fun app for fans all sorts of different artists, one of the most interesting aspects of the whole thing is the fact that it is only on iOS and not another other platform, such as Microsoft’s own Windows Phone!
