Missing emails

All my emails on iPhone 7 have gone leaving inbox empty when new email comes in shortly after it disappears as well. They don't appear in the bin or trash folders at a loss to what is going on

Do the emails disappear before you read them or only sometime after they're read? Do the missing emails still appear in the online email account?

I agree with above, check your email on the providers website
from a computer. That will prove if it's the email providers issue or the iPhone.

The emails disappear from the iPhone after about half to one hour after it gets them from the server even if they are not read. I have two different email accounts and my iPad and iPhone both poll the accounts at regular intervals. The emails stay on the server until I download them on my home computer this allows me to get them when they arrive while I am away from home. It has been working this way for a number operas untill a couple of days ago. The emails are not disappearing from my iPad just the iPhone.
