MMS Messages

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if you can help answer a question of mine.
I just made the switch from Android to iOS and I was just wondering if there is a way to automatically send and receive mms messages without always going to the settings and turning on the cellular data. In Android, I was able to set up my APN so even if my data was off I would be able to send/receive mms messages because my data would turn on automatically just for the picture. Is there a way this can also be on on my iPhone?

Go to "settings" and select "messages" scroll down to the bottom and make sure MMS Messaging is turned "on"

I do have MMS messaging turned on, but I still have to turn on my cellular data on every time
