Mobile hotspot

I have the latest software (iOS 6.1.3) but I don't have the mobile hotspot option. My partner has it and he's operating with the same software. Can someone help me with this please?

Check out Settings > General > Cellular and see if you see Personal Hotspot

Check with your cellular service provider. Unless tethering has been activated by them, the hotspot feature will not appear on your iPhone.
