Movies from Itunes on Iphone 3GS to Mac

Hey I'm new to forums and looked through the faqs stickied and couldn't find an answer. I have a movie in the itunes section of the iPhone 3GS, not in the camera roll. It's from an old pc that hard drive ended up fried. So the only copy is in the movie section of iPod section of the iPhone. It's the only movie of my grandfather before he passed away. I was trying to figure out if there was a way to pull the movie file from this area of the iPhone.
