Moving from one computer to another

My old computer HD stopped working. I have everything current on both my iPhone and my Ipad1. I want to sync my iPhone 4 and iPad 1 with the computer which has had its hard drive replaced. I'm running MAC OS 10.6.6, and iPhone/iPad 4.3.

Can this be done without losing all of my apps, music and photos?
