Only had my iphone 7+ for a week and had unrelated trouble with my hotmail email account on my PC. Worked fine on my phone but wouldn't work on computer. Got that issue fixed today and now when I go to mail boxes on my phone it shows yahoo and outlook which is what I have but when I scroll down have all kinds of weird mail boxes that I didn't have before. There is 2 with my email address for hotmail with all the boxes under it. What did I do?

It sounds like you have your Hotmail accounts set up on your phone. It also sounds like you had it set up previously (Worked fine on my phone...)
Login to your Hotmail account online, using a browser, check your mailboxes there. If everything works right, you should find them there as well. Remove those you don't need. They should disappear on your iPhone as well.
