Music/EQ app?

Whats a good app to get to give you more control of the equalizer adjustments for the ipod functions in iphone 4. Without being jailbroken.

There are few EQ apps in the apps store which can give you better control on the sound quality, however you will no be able to use the iPod app to play music and control the sound buy instead you will be playing music using those EQ apps to play music and be able to control the sound.
And if you do not know it yet, the inbuilt iPod app have an EQ preset which you can use to control the quality of the music you are playing in the iPod.
