Music onto iohone

On my previous phone I would use a site like limewire or similar, to download music and then transfer to my phone via USB cable,

Is there a way I can do this with my iPhone maybe via iTunes, if so what settings would I need to do in iTunes

Yes, via iTunes. google it and there will be several you tube videos to guide you through it.

Also, if you already have music saved on your computer you should be able to transfer it into itunes pretty easy....
