My iphone 3gs shows blocked incoming unknown call

My iphone 3gs shows that I recently had a call it it shows up in red as "blocked", however I am not blocking any incoming calls, so I am a bit puzzled. Help appreciated please. Thanks.

Nothing to worry about... it's coming from a caller that is "blocking" their #.
