my iphone 4s has only 9.8 gigs available with barely anything on it, HELP PLS

I have a 32 gig 4S(jailbroken) thats only got 9.8 gigs available and i don't have much on it, how can I see where the storage is used up? i've looked in setting-general-usage but the apps don't equal 20 gig. I have no pictures and maybe one video, Is there a way to clear up some space?

Hook to iTunes, at bottom it will show where the memory is at, music, photos, pictures, and apps. You might have to do a restore. I have a 32 iPhone, I have 1600 songs, 5400 pictures, a couple videos, and 153 apps using around 6 gigs. I still have close to 6 gigs available yet.

Do you mean a restore to original settings or restore from back up?

It is always best to restore and setup as new no matter what the situation. But if you have a lot of space takin up, that you not sure what it is......then I highly recommend you restore and setup as new phone, not from backup.

My phone is jailbroken and I do have "openbackup" so if I restore and set up as new then jailbreak and run openbackup will I have all my apps including all Cydia and jailbroken apps? Thanks
