my iphone4s is making randon calls in my contacts

I joined in this forum to see if any one else is having this issue. My phone calls others in my contacts but it is ringing me as if they called me, it happened 3 times in the past 2 days. The same person twice. This is my second phone my first one kept shutting off randomly so i got a replacement phone-I've only had this one about 2 weeks.


I did do a restore shortly after I got it.
