Navigation app that integrates with Google Maps Starred Places

Does anyone know of a GPS turn-by-turn navigation app for the iPhone 4S, that allows me to use the Starred Places / maps I've created in Google Maps? Or alternatively, a navigation app that integrates with another map website, where I can do the same? I've downloaded MapQuest 4 Mobile, but I can't get it to sync up with MapQuest online, and obviously the version of Google Maps for the iPhone (a) does not really do navigation, and (b) does not let me look at my starred places and/or saved maps.
