Need an app that allows certain numbers to ring while phone is silent

On Android the best app I had was called "Ring Manager" where I could have my phone in silent at night and it allowed only certain numbers to ring (I had the alarm companies for my stores set to ring through). Is there an app like this for the iPhone? I DESPERATELY need something like this. Can anybody help? Or does anybody have a shortcut?

I can't find anything after googling this forever just now... Thanks for any help!
