need downgrade help ios 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 and jailbreak thereafter

I have a factory unlocked iphone 4, 4 months old.
I hd jailbroken ios 4.3.3 on the same with snowbreeze.
Last week i noticed a frequent drain of battery and i had to restore my firmware with ios4.3.5

Had many errors while upgrading to ios 4.3.5
Tried downgarding in between to ios 4.3.3

At last i could restore to ios 4.3.5

But now i am stuck with unjailbroken iphone 4 with none of my apps working, synced notes and everything gone

Ple help me step by step how to downgrade to jailbroken ios 4.3.3.
Need my apps back, cant wait until ios 5 jailbreak appears online
