Need help asap please

Replace the screen on my iphone 4s after water damage. I know have a white ring going al around the screen on the second screen replaced. Could it be the logic board is damaged?

Did you purchase an OEM replacement screen... or a cheapo knock off screen? Unfortunately, with water damage, the chances or being able to bring any wireless device fully back to life is still pretty slim.

was going after we got it out of washing machine wasnt in there long ,could it be a faulty screen

Chances are, if you bought it from eBay, you have a non-OEM replacement.

The only place I recomment purchasing parts for an iDevice is iFixit.com. You're going to pay more... but it's guaranteed OEM and comes w/ a 6 months warranty. iPhone 4S Display Assembly - iFixit

It very well could be... does the phone operate ok w/ the replacement screen? Just w/ the white line around the display...

It sounds like you might just need to buy a higher quality OEM replacement part.
