Need help bypassing passcode on phone

My current phone is completely locked out to the point where I can only connect it to itunes which does not work since it does not recognize it or emergency call.
There has to be a trick or software that would allow me to get in and change this passcode.
I have lots of stuff i dont want to lose any help would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid that there is no way to bypass the Passcode lock on an iPhone. If you can't remember your Passcode, you won't be able to access your phone. If there were an easy way to bypass the Passcode is wouldn't have any use as a security feature.

You can follow the instructions in this link, but you'll have to erase your device. And, of course you'll have to have your login and password for iCloud. It appears this support info was just modified two days ago, so it may not have been an option in the past.

only solution is DFU mode restore, no other work around
if you had iCloud back up on this device then you can restore your data after restore.
