Need help figuring out an unknown Icon/Setting

So my 3 year old was playing with my iphone, and apparently knows more than I do. When I got the phone back, this icon was present along the top. (The vibrating iphone with an X that the red arrow is pointing at.)

I checked things like the ringer and vibrate, both of which are still on. Anyone have some clue as to what it is?

Good call on both. Thanks. I forgot about that sbsettings app cause I installed it but was never able to get it do what I wanted it for.

My boys' friend Joey has recently introduced them to the Ramones (I have exposed them, but they never expressed an interest). I was pleasantly surprised when they came home singing Blitzkrieg Bop. They wanted to hear the Ramones and that's why you see it in that screen. Life is very funny.
