Need help installing theme! please.

Hello all,
Im new to installing themes on jailbrake. On my Iphone 4s.
Im trying to install this theme on myphone:
Apple Cool FOR HD - iPhone theme for free download

I have it in my theme section. I tryed using winterboard and its not installing my theme?? It says App requires "Dreamboard". But how do I install that app for Dreamboard?
I tryed shutting down n everything notthin showing up for theme?

Can anyone please help me out..Thanks!!

It's a dreamboard theme, you need to download that application to apply it, it has nothing to do with winterboard.

I have the files on my phone...and I have dreamboard installed but it's not on dreamboard the file?? How can I fix this?

Please help me....Im trying to install a theme for Winterboard on iPhone Themes,iPhone4S Themes,iPhone4 Themes also. And file shows up in winterboard theme says its for that app but its not changing my lockscreen.
Does anyone know why??
