Need Help Jailbreaking iPhone 4 6.1.3

I know there's many tutorials on how to do this, but I only seem to find the weird or complicated methods.
Would anyone mind linking me or leading me in the right direction?

I want to jailbreak it. Then if possible, unlock it.

Once your iPhone is jailbroken you'll have to use an unlocking service to unlock it as jailbreaking by itself can't unlock it.
