My broher have Iphone 4 but he does not know anything about its version or baseband
the iphone show ( Iphone is disabled connect to itunes )
when I try to connect it , itunes say ( enter passcode )

what should I do to know the version ?!!

Or try ti give me the way to solve this problem

Put the phone into dfu mode and restore via iTunes...that's the quickest option I believe

But the iphone is locked and restoring will update it

When you plug it into iTunes, and click iPhone doesn't it say what software version it's on?

Then there's nothing you can do, your going to have to restore it of you don't know the passcode then you won't have access till you restore
