need help regarding icloud

i have an iphone 5s that has been icloud unlock... but when in the menu the previous owner icloud account still pop up.. and find my phone still on from the setting.. what can i do to wipe all this info>

If it has been removed from the previous owner's iCloud ID, it shouldn't show a popup or do anything else related to that account. Contact the former owner and ask him to remove it from his iCloud account. Here's what has to be done:
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone

There's no other way to remove iCloud from an iPhone.
